1. What kind of packing will you do?
- We are professional packer, and using 2 - 3 layers of packaging.​

2. Could you tell us how it will go if we book your service?
- The customer must pay Rs.1000 for booking confirmation, and then, on the given time slot, our team will come to your home, pack everything according to the final list, and store it to our warehouse.

3. Is insurance covered?
- Yes, our warehouse is insured, and for customer items, we provide an agreement on company letterhead.

4. If we want to discontinue the service, what do we do?
- You can email or WhatsApp us five days prior to the expiration of your tenure.

5. What about payment terms?
- We have monthly, quarterly, and annual payment policies.
